All club members are invited to attend the annual AGM to raise issues on the running of your club.
The Annual General Meeting will be held 7:00pm on Tuesday 12 June 2018 at the Cheshire Lines Social Club, Southmead Road, L19 5NB and all club members are free to attend.
This date has been selected as being the first available date upon which all Committee Members have advised they are able to attend.
Matters to be discussed include:
- Reporting on the activities of the Club over the previous year;
- Reporting on the Club’s finances over the previous year;
- To elect the members of the Club Committee:
- To approve affiliation of member teams, reappoint/appoint team managers & vote on those teams proposed league affiliations;
- Affirm the Club Rules;
- Consider any other business
Nominations for Club Committee roles & any other business must be submitted in writing to clfc@cheshirelinesfc.co.uk no later than midnight 8 June 2018.
The agenda will be made available on Monday 13 June 2018.
